• The new appointment system is probably fine once you can access it, but I haven't been provided any instructions on what or how to access it!
• I have wasted 30 minutes trying to make an appointment or fill in a triage form but it isn’t made easy and as yet I still haven’t managed it. Why can’t it just be simple ??? A phone call is so much easier but last time I told the receptionist I was having trouble, I got rudeness and short shift saying I am 70 so should be able to do it !!! Not good enough , still can’t do it ..
• I completed a triage form on the 9th of April 2026. I received a telephone call to arrange an appointment to see a doctor. I was told that because I needed to see a specific doctor I would have to wait until the 1st of June 2026 to see this specific doctor. I accepted the appointment. On the 1st of June I attended the appointment to find that I had been booked to see a different doctor. Now I have to wait over three weeks to see the doctor I had an appointment with on the 1st of June. I would like to know why was I not informed of the change or given an option to rebook with the doctor I need to see.

We have a Hub service where more appointments are available from 18.30 – 20.00 week days and 09.00 – 17.00 on Saturdays at a local clinic.
