•    Docs are great ‘if’ you can get to see them, the new booking is a joke. People work! Why can’t you book in advance? Its going to cause more trouble for people.
•    I had my B12 injection with Kaye, she is lovely, very bubbly. Clearly enjoys her job.

•    Feel bad for NP taking the role of a doctor. Children need to be seen by a doctor, but she was lovely. Feel bad for people without internet/access to computer to book an appointment.
•    Thorough consultation. Most importantly the doctor (Dr Waite) listened and was understanding and I feel like I have a plan of action. Wait time for 9:30 app seen at 9:50, could be better.
•    Staff helpful but I don’t know what it will be like when the new system gets underway.

•    Doctor very helpful and appointment on time. Prescription given to surgery of choice. Don’t like the new booking system online, prefer to speak to someone when urgent for children. Waited for a call back for a while not knowing if we would be seen.
•    9.40 appointment, 15 minutes late. Dr Sarfraz (locum) unable to help, passed back to hospital.
